All rates are negotiated based on assignment, and individual model experience.

Rate Schedule:


		Notes regarding rates: One hour minimum on all bookings (some models may have other minimums). Additional time will be billed, rounding up to the quarter hour. Billings will be for the entire time booked by the client, plus addition time incurred. Day rates apply to eight consecutive hours between 8 am and 6 pm. Overtime will be billed at time and a half for bookings before 8 am and after 6 pm, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, unless otherwise approved by the Quantum Models, LLC in writing. Lingerie Client must specify details at time of booking. Closed set must be provided. Lingerie and underwear (bras, panties, slips, pantyhose) billed at double rate. Transparent garments and semi-nudes billed at triple rate. Prior written approval by Quantum Models, LLC required for national ads, consumer product packages, posters, riser cards, billboards, hang tags, inserts, point of purchase displays, endorsements, package inserts, or use of model's name or other personal information.
Fashion Shows:		Fashion show rates are negotiable at time of booking for runway, dance, strolling, mannequin, and informal.

Promotional:		Rates and travel expenses are negotiable at time of booking. Four hour minimum on all promotional bookings.

Film:		Rates are negotiable at time of booking. Union talent must follow SAG/AFTRA/AEA regulations.

Stylists:		Hair stylists and make up artists are available for print, film and video at half-day or full-day rates.

Facilities:		Client must provide private changing facilities for all bookings.

Cancellations:		Cancellations within 48 hours will be billed at half rate, cancellations within 24 hours will be billed in full.

Tentative Bookings:		Client must confirm or release a booking within 24 hours. Otherwise Quantum Models, LLC reserves the right treat the booking as canceled.

Weather Permits:		Weather permit must be specified at time of booking or cancellation fee apply.

Travel:		Travel time is one half the model rate.

Client Responsibilities:		At time of booking, client must specify: Weather permit. Complete usage information. Disclose multiple or group bookings. Provide billing information. Notice of any extraordinary conditions or requirements. Prior to engagement, client must specify exact wardrobe requirements. At time of engagement, client must provide dressing facilities in studio or on location.

Agency Service Fee:		A 20% agency service fee will be applied to all bookings. Invoices due in 30 days. Past due invoices are subject to 1.5% charge per month.
